I thought it would be a quick and easy task to implement the Firebase gaming services in my game build in Unity. I was so very wrong, lots of things to do just to get a simple achievement system incorporated in my game.
Now don’t get me wrong, it’s the first time I’ve tried to use the services, so I’m certain I’m not understanding some things and making it harder than it needs to be. Hitting the wall and as my podcast says, now is my moment of greatest learning.
I’m sure there will be more thoughts shared on this soon, and maybe even a tutorial or two if I can make sense of it all.
