One of the most popular topics based on the number of plays it gets is creative journaling. So I thought it would be a good time to revisit and suggest a few ways to help you stay motivated and perhaps even start a creative journal.

A journal is a good way for you to be able to go back and see the high and low periods of creativity and to gain some insight into your patterns and practices.
