Personal Growth – Something hard to do

Personal growth in this midweek minute. I have a very tough question for you to face. But it is a very worthwhile exercise if you are completely honest.

Welcome back to another episode of the Life Creative Midweek Minute.

I'm experimenting with a new format in this video to see how it goes and whether you prefer this version or just the audio. Let me know your thoughts in the comments.

This week, I have a challenge for you that might be a bit tough, especially for creative people.

I want you to create two lists. These lists should be based on something you want to do but find it challenging.

On the first list, write down why you haven't pursued this thing yet.

On the second list, jot down all the benefits you would experience if you could overcome this challenge.

Once you have both lists, take a moment to reflect and ask yourself if it's truly worth the struggle to overcome this obstacle for the benefits you would gain. I'm pretty sure the answer will be yes.

That's your challenge for this week.
