Season 5 Episode 34

In this episode, I talk about a recent interesting turn of events from a live stream recording. During the live stream, I used a service to play some music in the background that is designed to be used with a stream. This means it is free to clear use by design.

Yet, YouTube and Twitch still flagged it as a possible copyright infringement. Not wanting to spend hours trying to explain and defend the use, I just decided to take the video down. But you can imagine my frustration at following all the rules and still having problems.

I share some thoughts in this episode and some advice to avoid the problem.
