Season 4 Episode 16
This week I decided to spend some time looking at CoreData with SwiftUI. The results were surprising compared to my previous experiences using CoreData with UIKit and AppKit.
Out of the box, the CoreData template creates a working model and CRUD (Create, Read, Update, Delete) mechanism that just works.
I decided to use it as the data persistence layer for the new app being worked on during my live streams. After just a few model and UI changes, I satisfied the requirements for the basic app structure.
Very surprising and delightful.
