How to customize keyboard shortcuts for Linux on a Mac

I want to that a viewer on YouTube for asking how to customize keyboard shortcuts when running a Linux VM on Parallels for Mac. This video is for them and anyone else that ever wanted to know how to do it.

By default, Parallels for Mac will map things like CMD+C to CTRL+C, which works great for most scenarios. But one area this does not work is the Linux terminal that expects CTRL+Shift+C.

So let's take a couple of minutes together in this video and fix that so you can use CMD+C just like you do on the Mac.
